Does each picture come in different sizes?
Most images are printed in one size only. Framing and matting may be changed to help make the picture the size that is needed.
Can the frame be changed on a picture?
Yes. Visit our custom frame department for details.
How long does it take to have something framed?
Custom framing takes approximately 2 weeks. Select in-stock frames can be completed in a shorter period of time.
Can I special order items that are out of stock?
Yes. We will check the availability of the item in all our stores first and then check with our supplier on availability and quickest possible delivery.
Do you offer delivery? Is there a charge?
Yes. Delivery and hanging services are provided by an outside source. Prices vary on the delivery destination.
Do you ship out of state?
Yes. Price will vary depending on size, weight and destination.
Can I get a discount on an item?
Our merchandise is value priced, so we rarely offer discounts or sales. We buy in large volumes so we are able to offer great prices to customers day in and day out.
How is clearance merchandise marked?
Our clearance merchandise is marked and located in our Clearance Center. Discounts on the items are according to the dot on the item which corresponds to color dots on the in-store signage.
Are the sales associates on commission?
No. Any one of our friendly sales associates will be happy to assist you. They are very familiar with the store’s inventory, including subject, size and color, so we encourage you to ask them for assistance.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 14 days on all non-clearance and non-custom merchandise, 48 hours on Clearance merchandise.
